He is a holder of a California General Contractor license and obtained a Bachelor of Science degree from Woodbury University with major in Interior Designs and minor in Business Administration. As Co-Chairman and President of Toucan Interactive Corp. since April 22, 2016, he also serves as Chief Executive Officer at Singpoli Capital Corporation. He co-founded Singpoli Construction Inc. in 1992 and has been its President and Chief Executive Officer since. Owner and Manager of a group of companies commonly known as the Singpoli Group, Mr. Hui is a managing member of BDK with decades of experience with executive management, real estate development and investment which provide him with the qualifications and skills most needed in these spheres.
