IN OTHER WORLDS By BECKY GARCIA The FCCP held a gala titled “The Ilustrado” at the National Museum of Fine Arts (NMFA) on March 27, 2023, for its 43rd anniversary. FCCP Prez Martin Lopez & Vice President Terry Tambunting, with gala Chairman Noel Gonzalez & Co-Chair Board Secretary Ningning de Ocampo, worked together to make this affair a success. In full support were the other FCCP board of directors: David Ackerman, Yoli Ayson, Nonie Basilio, Cristina Caedo, Letty Hahn, Gilda Salonga, Raul Sunico, Sol Tan Gatue, Baby Tan, Mimi Valerio, and Boysie Villavicencio. This very interesting affair featured a museum tour for guests. They were entertained by FCCP scholars through music & dance in the different art halls of the National Museum. This was followed by cocktails in the Osmena Hall and a sit-down dinner catered by known restaurant Ilustrado at the NMFA reception hall. This dinner was hosted by celebrity host Bianca Valerio. Entertainment was provided by Cris Gonzalez, a young harpist, and capped by a tutti presentation.
