By: Janet Susan R. Nepales Daring, original, edgy. You may describe it however you want, but you cannot deny that Kenneth Barlis, that young designer from San Diego, is making waves right now with his unique designs that most veteran fashion designers are starting to notice. 2019, in fact, is Kenneth’s year. I have followed the career of Kenneth and I have seen him grow by leaps and bounds, being more daring, more creative, more wonderful. His recent show at the Los Angeles Fashion Week attests to that.
