Introducing Field Correspondents for Manila Up! TV

Celia Abuel – Field Photographer Celia is part of the field correspondent team as a photographer. She holds a degree in International Marketing. Her passion for photography stemmed from an early age and was naturally drawn to the camera. Her hobby for picture taking was ignited during her travels and attending events. Somehow, in all of these, she became the assigned photographer and grew into her role. Celia was a military wife for 25 yrs and was stationed in different countries, which allowed her to learn about diverse cultures and regions. Some of her past work experience includes retail management and financial accounting.

Celia became part of Manila Up! International Magazine as a social photographer in April 2016 and life has since then become one big adventure that brought her into attending almost all the events and taking photos with the celebrities. Celia is popular for her bubbly personality that is contagious for parties and events. Celia is a board member of the Filipino American Press Club of California (FAPCCA) and in November 2016 Gawad Amerika awarded her as the Outstanding Social Media Photographer of the year.

Grace Aguilar –Field Correspondent Grace Aguilar is the field correspondent for Manila UP! International Magazine and Manila Up! TV Entertainment. She holds a mass communications degree and previous work experience include being a Production Assistant for ABS-CBN, Teen Magazine in Manila, Philippines, and previous modeling experience for different events and brands.

Grace has a love for travel and enjoys discovering new elements that help her live her life fully. Some of the previous countries visited include Hong Kong, Singapore, Iran, etc.

She has been with the magazine for the last 2 years as the social media correspondent and became very visible on all social and fashion events. Her exposure in the media placed her the opportunity to interview boxing legend Manny Pacquiao, celebrities and Hollywood actors Antonio Jaramillo and Fabio. Currently, her column “Travel Dine in Style” allows her to experience and taste specialized gourmet meals. Grace recently was awarded by FAPCCA for her exemplary work and support of their Media awards gala.
