he founder of the Charity Organisation, Enly Gagan along with his wife,
Jewel, has been independently helping various Filipino communities, groups
& organisations, as well as Filipino Workers here in UK since they arrived. As
the demand for assistance has increased, they decided to form a group, a small
Tcharity organisation in July 2016, together with the people close to their hearts.
The name of the group is derived from the favourite Spanish wine of two known
members, called “Casillero Del Diablo”. This wine was introduced to the founders given its
