dance gracefully and in sync with
one another. That must have taken
weeks of rehearsals.
During the talent rounds, only
the best top 5 contestants had the
chance to showcase their singing
or dancing skills. Throughout
the pageant the finalists wore
robes that women in palaces
used to wear. It was a real sight
as it’s not common to see these
robes. It is likely that they were
custom made. Towards the end
of the pageant, the 50 finalists,
all dressed in evening gowns,
awaited the announcement of the
winners. The winner was a 47 year
old mother of one. Mrs. China
is a model and catwalk trainer
and will represent China in the
upcoming TKS Mrs International,
November, in Singapore. n
