Speaker, and Positive Role
Model for Empowering
Women. She recently
Rrepresented Mrs. Philippines
in the Mrs./Ms. Transcontinental
Pageant and is the 2018 International
Title Winner of Transcontinental
Woman of Inspiration.
She is a United States Ambassador
for Community/Family Restoration
and for the Country of the Philippines
with the FoRe! Program; a program
that is exclusively for Women who
are a force to promote action and are
making a difference in the world. She
desires to see families healthy & safe,
children protected, and communities in
peace and unity. She is highly involved
in Community Outreach, Ministry,
Charities, & Volunteer work in Orange
County CA.
Rachelle has a heart for Hollywood
and the Creative Arts as well, from
singing in Musical Theatre growing up

and loving great Family-Oriented Movies and
Films.
She has worked as a Contributing Writer
for other publications and is currently working
on her own talk show. She also has over 14+
years working as a Business Consultant and
