she graduated from the University of Santo Tomas.
Initially, she planned to become a doctor, but even at
a young age, she had a knack for entrepreneurship.

achieving successful business relationships and Jet
has been able to manage and maintain such qualities
throughout her professional life.
Jet has had a number of jobs that brought her up
the ladder of success, but not without some devastating
setbacks. With her career in the San Diego County
Assessor’s Office, she acquired knowledge on the
advantages of owning real estate. From there, she
worked her way into becoming an area manager and
marketing director for different real estate companies
and managed sales for both local and international
markets. Following her experience from her tenure in
the Assessor’s office and understanding the nuances
in real estate, she made the decision to start her own
specialized land company. Thus, Capital Holdings,
Inc. was founded in 1999, wherein buying and owning
land would be possible, easy and affordable to almost
anyone. Convinced that the best way to invest in real
