launched its annual Filipino Food
Festival dubbed as Filipino Culinary
Pride, featuring celebrity chefs Sau
Ddel Rosario and Miko Aspiras. Te
ceremonial ribbon cutting that signifed the grand
opening was led by Diamond Hotel’s General Manager
Vanessa Suatengco and was joined by the Ambassador
of Panama to the Philippines, His Excellency, Rolando
Guevara Alvarado, the guest chefs, and the Miss Earth
Philippines winners.
Corporate clients, hotel partners and media friends
were invited to the much-celebrated event at Corniche
restaurant where they feasted on the featured chefs’
Bum Tenorio, Diamond Hotel general manager signature dishes showcased at the bufet stations. In
Vanessa Suatengco, Deedee Siytangco, and Joy Fong
the live cooking demonstration, Chef Sau featured his
famous Crispy Pork Kare-Kare Macadamia that drew
