We should embrace our innovations and evolve with them.” ––A quote by Brad Feld It was in the first year of existence, Kiss The Monkeys/Kiss The Mermaids (KTM) thought we should seek to inspire our community by acknowledging and rewarding the those that live exemplary lives. We are so blessed to have so many exceptionally members in our circle. Our last event “Calling All Superheroes” was in line with our “Evolutionists Award” as it is easy to imagine Didi Wong for championing women and children with her YES Academy, Gerry Kane to share his expertise in finance to help veterans, and Jeffrey Lefkovitz for his work with the handicapped to be modern day superheroes. The photos captured all of them in their capes accepting their awards, was a mental image of how we already personally, knew them to be in their daily lives. Evolutionists that have also been honored include former Mayor of Beverly Hills John Mirisch, Pussycat Doll Carmit Bachar, and Prince Max Mario, just to name a few.
